I think self care is on a lot of our minds right now, as we are doing our best to stay home and away from other people. There’s a little more focus on not only ourselves but our mental health- self care is so important for mental health (physical too, of course).

If you’re feeling more anxious or stressed or overwhelmed than usual, that is all the more reason to practice self care!

Well, it feels weird to type this out on my blog but… we’re currently experiencing a global pandemic. Pretty surreal, isn’t it? One thing I’ve noticed is that it has people really paying attention to what they are buying at the grocery store, trying to make their food last longer and figuring out how to cook without things like dairy milk or eggs (which keep selling out some places).

I’ve been trying to come up with more (fun) ways to show you guys my outfits or to create different looks lately. My floor length mirror got wrecked so those easy mirror selfies aren’t really an option right now! Over on IG I’ve started doing some IGTV styling sessions which is so fun! I thought I’d also start a series here on “what I wore last week” where I can showcase what I actually wore for a week (5-7 days)- that way it reminds me to have my tripod set up to take outfit pics during that week!
