One thing I always recommend to anyone who is looking to get healthier or adopt a more plant-based diet is to get creative!! Think outside of your comfort zone and try new foods or even just new food combinations!  Of course a great way to do this is with cook books.  

I’ve rounded up some great vegan-friendly cookbooks… and they are all under $5!! Some are even free.  Keep in mind, this is the KINDLE price!  You can download the Kindle app on your phone or tablet and read for free though!  I love having hard copies of my cook books but ebooks can be very convenient especially when traveling!
