  1. Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into your frozen ice cream bowl and church for about 15min or until it looks like soft serve ice cream.
  3. Eat as is or transfer to a freezer-friendly dish (I like glass Pyrex) and freeze for 1-2 hours. Then you’ll be able to scoop it like regular ice cream!
