  1. In a bowl combine the milk, water, flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and black pepper.
  2. Pour the bread crumbs into a separate bowl.
  3. Dip pieces of the cauliflower into the wet mixture until coated and then dip then into the bread crumbs until coated. Repeat with all of the cauliflower.
  4. Bake the cauliflower on a sheet in a single layer for 25min at 350F or cook them in an air fryer at 350F for 10 minutes.
  5. Add your buffalo sauce to a bowl and then add in the cauliflower and stir until it’s all coated.
  6. Put the cauliflower back in the oven for another 20min or into the air fryer for another 10min.
  7. Serve with some delicious vegan ranch dip, add to a salad, make tacos etc Keep leftovers stored in the fridge for up to a few days and reheat in the air fryer or oven.
