If buffalo sauce isn’t your thing, you can keep them plain (that’s what I do for my kids) or do BBQ sauce! Well, really, you can use any sauce you like.

My favourite buffalo sauce is this one since it has pretty good ingredients and just the right amount of kick (and it’s vegan-friendly). You can also make buffalo sauce yourself quite easily- like this recipe or just use Frank’s Red Hot Sauce.
I think cauliflower is one of those vegetables that people think of as “boring” but you can honestly do so many things with it! Because it has such a neutral flavour, it is very versatile. It’s a vegetable I’ve become quite creative with since becoming vegan 7 years ago. Eating cauliflower instead of rice is popular right now but I find I prefer rice in those situations haha
On this particular night, I used these cauliflower wings in TACOS! Pretty sure tacos are my love language… I never tire of them. hehe These were super easy too. I basically just made a salad with ranch, buffalo cauliflower and threw it all in a corn tortilla. ha!
