4 days - Preparation
The first four days are all about preparing for the program with shopping and prepping. This is your time to learn more about the program, read over everything and follow the daily emails you receive from me to get you ready! It's important to take this time rather than just diving right in. I want you to feel confidetn that you can rock this program!
Week 1: 7 days - Ultimate Nourishment
This is the week where you will avoid certain foods and focus on eating seasonal, nutritious whole foods. You'll be getting so many nutrients without any of the stuff that can really blog us down and make us feel tired, bloated, lethargic and SICK. You'll learn what it feels like when you're eating nutrient dense foods and how transforming that can be! Get ready for the weight to start coming off, you skin to start clearing up and your energy to start soaring!
Week 2: 7 days - Food Relationships
You'll spend the last week re-introducing those foods you had removed and keeping a food diary. This is going to help you figure out which foods are serving you and which are not (so important!). You'll have a much better understanding of what your body needs and how GOOD health should feel! You're going to really strengthen the relationship you have with your body and food, are you ready??
Everything you need to know about this program and how to rock it out! Support tools, probiotic info, protein sources, what to eat and what not to eat, what your daily protocol will look like etc The Guide will set you up for success!

Yes, all four seasons are included! Each recipe book has over 50 recipes! This allows you to do the program each season so that you can fully benefit! Or you can simply use the recipe books whenever you'd like. Each one focuses on using in season, whole ingredients to make delicious mostly plant-based juice, smoothies, soups, snacks, dinners and more!
