I was breastfed as a baby and just always assumed that unless I was actually unable to, I would choose to breastfeed my own children. I understand that this isn’t a choice everyone makes and I’ll admit, sometimes I do feel frustrated when I see a mom choosing formula because she’s afraid breastfeeding will make her nipples weird (or something to that affect) because to me that’s not a strong enough reason to deprive your child of something that is SO SO good for them!

  1. High Powered Blender – Personally I have a refurbished Vitamix and I LOVE it! I use it at least once a day. It doesn’t completely replace a food processor but for smoothies it can’t be beat.
  2. Essential Oils – I’ve linked to NYR Organic since I represent them but there are lots of great companies out there. No, there is not ONE company you must buy from or that has the “best essential oils”.

I turn 30 on July 11! The big 3-0!

Honestly, I’m excited about it.  For the most part I’m really happy with where I am in my life, at this age.  I feel comfortable going into my 30’s and that’s a good feeling.

I always make a wish list for my birthday. Not because I expect gifts but because I like lists. haha This year’s kinda made me chuckle because it’s so grown up.
