I want to share with you guys how I do my meal planning.  Now, this is what works for ME.  What works for you may look a little different!  There are a lot of options when it comes to meal planning and I recommend you experiment to see what works best for you!  I also change it up after a while because what works now won’t necessarily work for me later on.

Now more than ever I feel so clear on what my style is.  I used to feel pulled in so many directions and I’d end up with purchases that would only get worn once or twice.  It wasn’t that I didn’t love the items themselves, they just didn’t really work with either the rest of my wardrobe or my lifestyle!

If you’re struggling with that, seriously look into creating a capsule/minimal wardrobe. You don’t have to go crazy but just start defining your wardrobe!

Since I reviewed BBG after doing it (read the post here), I figured it made sense to review the 21 Day Fix program after completing it!

21 Day Fix is sold through BeachBody. I’ve done P90X and Insanity before so was not a total stranger to their programs.  21 Day Fix does come with a meal plan and special containers used for food portioning but I did not use that.
